It worked for awhile then my watch no longer connected to my phone rendering the app useless. I've followed all Directions to no avail. Terrible app. Useless!!!

iPhone is garbage and so are the apps. Try your luck elsewhere.

This app is a total defunct. It does not sync with Tag Heuer Connected Watch correctly. It does not sync the profile from the app to the watch. Fails and fails.

Over and over again I tried but no luck my phone won’t stay connected to mk watch

I received a MK smart watch as a gift and I love it because it is way more stylish than my apple wat h however I cannot keep it connected with this app. Once it gets disconnected you literally have to completely manufacturer reset the watch and uninstall and reinstall the app and start over like a new watch. Super frustrating.

Or do you guys not know how to make a proper app?

I been trying to connect my watch whit is gen 5e fossil the thing is I need to reset everything so I can pair my watch whit my iPhone it happen 5 times hopefully y’all can improve this app so I can enjoy my watch in the future

It took me over an hour to pair my phone and fossil watch. After half a day it disconnected and I can’t reconnect

I have a Moto 360 and it performs horribly with this app on the iphone. ZERO fixes or enhancements. I’m convinced that Google has totally given up on the wearable market. My kid bought gave me a $30 cheapo Apple Watch look-a-like and it WAY more functional than my nearly $200 360.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I bought a higher end Fossil smartwatch a few years ago and it was unfortunately using the Wear OS app as the backbone. Immediately rendered the watch useless. Constant dropped Bluetooth connections, failed system updates, you name it. I decided to try and reset/reboot a few years later thinking maybe Google had made some improvements. Still a glitchy mess. Make sure if you spend any amount of money on a Smartwatch that the brand utilizes their own app, because you’re buying an expensive brick otherwise…

Worst software ever. I’ve tried everything

Never works , time is always off.

Won’t accept password, keeps disconnecting, painfully slow.

Multiple reinstalls, reconnections, resetting. No matter what the watch. If you finally get your watch properly paired and updated, there’s lag like software from the 90s. Terrible.

Literally the worst app ever, don’t ever find my watch and IF it does, it loses connection. SMH

This is useless with a ticwatch pro 5. Will not connect and setup the watch. Had to return the watch. Worst yet I can’t get back Wear OS v2 to connect my older fossil smart watch. I upgraded to an Amazfit Balance which works well on ios with its Zepp sw.

I have never been so frustrated with a “smart” watch and it’s software. I have a Fossil watch that was purchased as a gift some years back. For 4 days I have been trying to get it to connect and stay connected. I have had no such luck. I have reset the watch. I have updated the watch software. I’ve updated the software on my phone. I found a page on troubleshooting this very problem with connecting. That didn’t help unfortunately. I feel bad because I didn’t try to wear the watch sooner. It’s unfortunately out of its return policy. I would put it for sale but the buyer would only leave me a bad review because these watches and their software is absolute trash. The watch is beautiful, if you just want something to look at. I thought it was because I was using my apple iPhone. So like a fool I switched to Samsung just to be able to use this watch. To my surprise it didn’t work any better. So I took the Samsung back and went back to using my iPhone. This watch has connected and disconnected 4 times while writing this review. My daughter has a knock off snartwatch she got from TEMU and it works like a charm. What a waste. Now I have this nice looking paperweight watch.

Despite the advertised compatibility between my Google Pixel Watch and iPhone 15 on the Google website, I’ve consistently struggled to pair them using the Wear OS app. Disappointingly, the promised seamless connection has proven elusive. Hoping for a prompt update to address this inconvenience. I’ve followed every single troubleshooting and tutorial and even restarted both devices to factory settings and still the same.

Based on the previous and most recent two reviews, I’m more than positive that the issue with my connection is the apps compatibility with iPhone and watch connection. I also have an iPhone and was told at MK that these watches will work well with an iPhone. I’ve since switched my iPhone to a newer one since the purchase of this watch and it has not been connecting since. I’ve had my Bradshaw since 2020 watch is still in fairly new condition , no cracks or wear and tear, and the watch functions well. The problem is I can’t get it to connect to my phone and have had this problem for a year or so. I’ve tried resetting the watch to factory settings probably more than 20 times now but once I click pair it goes right back to Bluetooth screen or tells me to try again. I love my watch but this is Utterly frustrating and I feel like I wasted money.

When I first got the app, I was pairing a fossil smart watch with my iPhone and it worked pretty well for a couple of months. Then it started disconnecting and it became a cumbersome task to reconnect. Now it won’t connect at all. I’ve tried updating my phone, updating the app, deleting and reinstalling, etc. it simply doesn’t work anymore.

I have the Louis Vuitton Tambour and literally can only use it as a watch with a digital face. Wear OS will not connect to my watch. It did once, about 2 or 3 years ago. But never since; and believe me, I am very tech saavy and if I can’t do it, no “normal” smart person can do it. Tons of factory resets (oh what fun!), re-starting and waiting….. waiting…. This App WEAR OS simply is not Apple compatible, period. Someone at Google needs to hear this. Apple can work together with Google, but not if you think absolute train wrecks like this will suffice. This has taken so much of my time and the watch is over $3,000. Do NOT get a non-apple watch if you have an iPhone (unless you want it strictly for looks and it will do nothing but tell the time). Shoulda bought a Swatch.

This app is absolute garbage. The developers need to be fined and put in jail for creating such a terrible app. No support at all. They Don’t even bother updating this mess. What a joke!
